Booking Information
- Appointments are released monthly on the 20th at 12:00 PM.
- A £20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
- The remaining balance is payable by cash only on the day of your appointment. An ATM is located at Lloyds bank & TESCO near the station.
- Clients must be 18 years or older. Please bring valid photo ID to your appointment.
Location
Radiant Studios is based in East London, just a short walk from Aldgate East and Whitechapel stations.
Exact address will be sent via confirmation email after booking.
Free street parking available | Nearest station: Aldgate East - Exit 4 (Whitechapel Road, South Side)
Before Your Appointment
To ensure optimal results:
- Brush your teeth before arriving.
- Avoid tea, coffee, red wine, and tobacco 24 hours before your appointment.
- Stay hydrated and eat beforehand — sessions last 1–1.5 hours.
- If you have any dental concerns (braces, veneers, tooth sensitivity), contact us before booking.
Add-On: Enamel Booster
Our Desensitising & Remineralising Gel is available as an optional add-on. Applied at the start and end of your treatment, it helps reduce sensitivity and strengthens enamel post-whitening. Select this add-on when booking to include it in your session.
Aftercare & Maintenance
To maintain your radiant results:
- Avoid staining foods/drinks and smoking post-treatment.
- A top-up session is recommended every 4–6 weeks.
- Book your top-up on the day of your initial treatment to receive £10 off.
- Aftercare products are available to purchase during your appointment. Simply select them from the "Add-Ons" menu when booking.
Policies
Rescheduling
Life happens!
- • Appointments can be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance via the reschedule link in your confirmation email.
- • Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in the loss of your deposit.
- • No-shows and last-minute cancellations may incur the full service fee.
- • Need help? Email us at help@radiantstudiosuk.com with your full name and appointment details.
Late Arrivals
- • 10-minute grace period.
- • 15 minutes late – £15 late fee.
- • 20 minutes late – £20 late fee and automatic cancellation of your session.
- • A new booking will be required if cancelled due to lateness.
Cancellation Policy
We operate a strict 24-hour cancellation policy.
- • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will forfeit the booking fee.
- • No-shows are not eligible for refunds or transfers.
Guests & Plus Ones
Our studio is designed for solo treatments only to maintain a calm and focused environment. No children, pets, or plus ones are allowed unless previously discussed.
Premium Appointments
• Sunday appointments incur a £25 surcharge. Please select "Sunday Add-On" during booking.
• Evening slots (after 6 PM) incur a £30 surcharge. Add the "Evening Premium" add-on to your booking.
Changing Session Times
Want to switch your time slot?
You can change your session time up to 24 hours before using the reschedule link in your email.
If you're running late, please note:
- • A grace period of 10 minutes is allowed.
- • Arrivals after 10 minutes may result in a shortened session or cancellation without refund.
Consent Form
All clients must complete the digital Consent & Medical Form during booking. This is essential to confirm your appointment.
